The making of Liquid Jaggery

In some part of the Karnataka( including my village)  people produce liquid Jaggery and it is a great treat to watch thee activity. I wasn’t sure if I could capture this properly but one I will cover this activity in detail next year.

Technical details: Sugarcane juice is boiled slowly to get thick dark brown liquid Jaggery.
